I just copied over my paladins which has the Glorious Breastplate and Legplates. When I got to the transmog guy, I'm able to transmog all of my items EXCEPT Glorious Chest/Legs. Hopefully this is just a bug. I'll be pretty miffed if you can no longer transmog them.
This is just a bug - definitely no intention to limit transmog of Uncommon items on our end. We've rebuilt a lot of things about how items work under the hood in Warlords, so it's not a huge surprise that there are a few kinks to be ironed out.
