[Bug] game crash when launcher still download

So i decided to try and launch the game when play lit up while the launcher was still downloading. crashed out. CAS_LOCALITY_ERROR Assertion Failure ;)

guess the new file format isint liking the play while updating right now :)

Note: it was still yellow "playable" not green "optimal"
