GC- Paladin auras and the GCD

quite frankly i am insulted that GC would tell us that they will not be taking GCDs off of auras because that could lead to "reactively changing auras" (to resistance auras for example when spells are cast at us)

The reason for this is quite simply looking at the deathkinght and there auras/ presences which are off the GCD. Ghostcrawler used the example of switching to fire resist aura if a mage PoM/Pyros us. Fine i understand this, but what about a frost death kinght who is in unholy aura for pvp? If they are stuck in a frost nova and the mage starts casting what are they going to do? switch to frost presence(with aura) for the bonus resistance and decreased spell damage.

Blizzard, please stop being so hypocritical in your reasoning, the discrepancies on some issues are mind bogging and i cant beleive you would deny paladins this and give it to Death Knights
