15 turkey kill achievement possible?

I tried this several times over the holiday and just could not make it in 3 minutes, even with no one else around. Is there a better place to try than the alliance base in the fjord? I counted about 9 turkey spawns total, but after the first circuit around they just didn't respawn fast enough for me to hit 15 in 3 minutes.

Is there some trick I'm missing?
