Are there mote clouds in Northrend?

Well, obviously, not motes. But calling them "Crystalized clouds" sounds stupid, so... But yeah. I keep seeing this non-interactive cloud-like objects floating around. Are they the same as outlands mote clouds? Am I just going crazy?

Yes, there are clouds similar to those in Burning Crusade. The engineering goggles and mote extractor still work on these new clouds.
