Alpha Realm Maintenance - 6/10/14

Greetings All!

The Alpha realms are coming down for maintenance. I'll be updating this thread with information and time estimates as I receive them.

The initial time estimate is 4-6 hours of downtime, starting now.

I'll be leaving this thread open as long as replies are constructive and follow forum rules.

Yup, that's the plan! Should be a much more recent build than the previous one (18322).

I agree that it'd be a cool idea to get something like that put together. However when we're in full production of an expansion there's so much that changes between daily builds, let alone builds that are a week or more apart, so I can't make any promises. Maybe if/when we get in a more regular cadence of pushing builds we can see about getting something like that together.

For this build, a lot of the crashes people were seeing should be cleared up, along with a number of bug fixes.

Not to worry, we're still in the process of pushing the build to the Battle.net app, and the servers are still under maintenance so there wouldn't be anything to log onto yet anyway.

Yes, unfortunately while we were in the process of pushing the latest data to the public, there were some issues with the upload. If you attempted to update your Alpha build using the Battle.net app in that window, you'll have to follow the following instructions: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/delete-the-battlenet-cache-folder

We've since resolved the issue, and you should be able to update your Alpha build to Version 6.0.1.18379.

I should note that the servers are still down, although they should be up shortly!

Running into some last minute issues that are holding up maintenance, I'll update as soon as I have an ETA,
