[Hunter] Let's combine pet res and summon pet

Since we're in the mood of ability pruning, why not just combine the two together? I hate clicking summon pet, only to be told that it is dead, only to have to click a different spell. Yeah yeah I can make a macro, but in my opinion macros should be as unnecessary as possible.

We actually had a similar idea: merging Revive Pet and Mend Pet. If your pet is alive and active, you'll cast Mend. If they're dead, you'll cast Revive instead. I don't believe that made it into the current Alpha build.

EDIT: Actually, looks like it did, but in an incomplete state. Next build should clean it up a bit.
