Level Cap and Locked Characters

Hi everybody,

We recently discovered an issue where the intended level cap of 92 wasn't being enforced on Lost Isles and Gilneas. We just restarted the realms to enforce this cap, however this does mean that those of you who had already leveled characters beyond level 92 will see a "Character Locked." message when attempting to log back onto those characters.

Over time the level cap will be raised as we open more content for you folks to test, but for now you'll have to create new level 90 characters using the in-game Template Character option.
