Getting camera/cursor lag when right clicking

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I'm getting a strange lag with my cursor only when I hold down the right mouse button to move my camera around. (If I click with the left mouse button, it doesnt lag.) I've been playing for 5 years and never experienced this before.

The only way to explain it,... is the camera sometimes will not move when I hold down my right mouse button and other times the cursor lag across the screen a couple inches. Its not game lag, its only affecting the cursor itself.

I am on a fresh Windows 7 install with a fresh WoW install and no addons. My mind is boggled and its VERY annoying.

One thing that can cause this sort of thing is an overlay program called Gamer OSD made by Asus. If you have this installed, it needs to be uninstalled.
