Pandaren take reduced fall damage

Does this stack or no?

Short answer: Yes, they stack.

Long answer: Safe Fall increases the distance you can fall before you start taking falling damage. Bouncy reduces the damage you take when you DO take damage from falling. Both can apply to the same fall.
