How will the stat squish affect speed?

Will our mounts go slower after the stat squish?

After the squish, all of the taller playable races will become Gnome sized. Races that were already Gnome size will be squished further until they become battle-pet sized. Furniture size across the world will not change to instill a sense of scale. (Disclaimer: I'm kidding.)
