Title says it really. I copied two characters to Broxigar 24 hours ago, and neither of them have moved over. I assume this is a known bug, but is it being worked on? I haven't seen any blue posts giving acknowledgement of the issue.
This has been resolved, and the character copy limit of 4 has been reset. Any characters that you tried to transfer that didn't go through will have to be re-copied, but they should show up now.
