Aye, it looks like it started to recover on its own and went down again. I've forwarded the information to our Technicians.

Sorry not yet, Pricilla. You know I'll let you know as soon as I have an update. :)

I will be redirecting all realm down issues to this thread so we can keep it all in one place and not 10 separate threads.

I understand your desire to help, Fallenfriar, but please don't post a possibly exploitive method on the forums.

Beastofvegas, as Pricilla said, please have the Raid Leader or Master Looter submit a petition. Make sure it is stated that not all the loot was able to be distributed, although I can not guarantee that they will be able to award the loot that you would have received they will try.

What a fabulously fantastic idea, find the cause and fix it.

I'll make sure the technicians know about this new and revolutionary process.

--------------------------

Seriously, folks, we know.

Our technicians are working on this issue and all appropriate actions will be taken, including stabilizing the realms.

I understand that, Ikageso, I do, but I'm always surprised at the multitude of posts which claim that we aren't doing everything in our power to correct the issue. I assure you we are.

I understand that everyone is frustrated by this and I had hoped to at least garner a laugh to ease the tension. :)

I will let you know any information that is given to me.

Perhaps the wording was off, perhaps baiting is not what the poster was going for and it should have been "tricked".

There is a distinct difference between saying "I have this technique that may cause a problem with the realm, I dare you to do it, what are you chicken?" /chicken /chicken .....and you do it. That is baiting.

Tricking someone into is all together a different animal.

Q u o t e:

obviously he is referring to the Australopithecus Afarensis

O.o

When was the last time you saw one of those?!

I have not received an official update as of yet but I can say that the investigation is progressing nicely and a good deal of information has been gathered. Sunday or not, everyone who can be involved in this issue is involved and they will get it resolved as soon as possible.

My only question is "why is this STILL happening?".
This isn't the first such crash since the grand 48 hour upgrade.
Perhaps it's time to put the servers back on the old hardware?
We didn't have these constant Sunday/Monday crashes.
We *used* to be able to complete a KZ or Gruul run without getting booted.
You can bet money that competitors will undoubtedly capitalize on the "technichian's" (perhaps it's time to call the engineers?) inability to correct the problem weeks later.

This, has nothing to do with the 48 hour update, Cyoniill.

Thank you, Canttouchdis, we were aware. :)

Please report any players that you suspect of attempting this, Ramalama (I'm going to have that song stuck in my head now), our Game Masters will look into it.

No, Plump, if I had an official update I would have posted it. :)

There was a thread earlier where I covered this but I'll quote it again.

Your previous post contained information that I do not appreciate being discussed in such a public forum; as such, I deleted it.

With this, "surprise butt secks" is not only a juvenile remark, it's inappropriate for this line of discussion. Off-Topic is ----> that way.
