Bikini Armor in WotK

I'm not usually against the bikini armor in WoW, but it occurs to me that we are going to see an expansion pack set entirely in arctic and sub-arctic terrain.

Do the designers have plans to include midriff-revealing armor off of encounters in places where the temperature never climbs above zero? Will furbolgs still be wearing thongs in the Borean Tundra?
