This account has had too many password reco

I just sent in my digital submission and got a reply back, but blizzard misread my email on the document and I was trying to recover the password before I realized it. I changed the email back and now have access but now I get the " This account has had too many password recovery attempts" error and it says to call, but Bliz is closed. Is there anyway I can get a password sent to my email now that I have it changed to a real email? A character on the account is Zrx on Tortheldrin. (this is a different account)
