We are aware that players are currently unable to log into the Account Management page, please know that we are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we will do everything in our power to offer any and all updates we have in this thread. That being said please refrain from creating additional threads; we will be locking all duplicate threads regarding this topic and referring them here.

Q u o t e:
is there a way to make it so i can at least PLAY again? I signed up for the online download of WOTLK and I can't login to download it, but my account was modified so I can't play without the download! ack.

For those of you in a similar situation as Jorah here, you may be happy to know that you should be able to download the Wrath of the Lich King content here: (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/download/clients/pc/InstallWoW.exe).

Q u o t e:
It says I can upgrade online, I installed the WOTLK to my computer thanks to a roommate's DVD rom, then I went to the account management to upgrade it. This route will still work according to the ability to upgrade via online? Once the site gets fixed....anyone find any post on how long this will take to fix?

I mean, this is my first and probably only forum post, but an estimate on the time? In a moment? 24 hours? Tonight? Next week?

Bremn, you should be able to access the following page to upgrade your account, mate: (https://upgrade.worldofwarcraft.com/installer/).

As for an estimation; I would try the Account Management page now. :0P

Still not working for me.

Please try clearing the browser’s cache, temporary Internet files and cookies, and using an alternate browser, Kalañ. This should resolve the issue for you. :0)

I'm still getting a 404 error

That is a completely separate issue, Adoorin, which should be resolved by one of the following steps:

If none of these solutions resolve your issue, please let us know by posting in this thread. We will do our best to provide you with updates and assistance as more information becomes available.

According to our DBAs Account Management traffic seems to be flowing properly again; in other words, everything should be functioning appropriately. That being the case, I am going to be locking this thread.
