Has Blizzard Gone Too Far With WotLK?

Well, I went to Best Buy to pick up WotLK yesterday. I opened the top cover and saw that you can now get flying airplanes and motorcycles/choppers. C'mon now. This completely ruins the atmosphere for me. I cannot believe that they are going to allow these in the Azeroth world. I think this really is a bad move. I actually put the box down and did not purchase the expansion pack. I can't believe I did that. I went home and fired up Lord of the Rings Online. I am a lifetime member there. There is something about that game that is really growing on me. Is this the end of WoW for me?

While the motorcycle is new in Wrath of the Lich King, the large majority of the vehicles you'll find in this expansion were in the Warcraft universe long before World of Warcraft was ever released. I can see how medieval fantasy fans question this, but when you throw into the mix magic and gnomes you shouldn't rule anything out. :)

Really it comes down to what feels right.

I think that's the definition of truthiness. :p

I actually do like this community. Sometimes I post stuff just to strike a nerve. I love reading the responses by this great community. You don't get this anywhere else. Very creative thinkers here.

I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that my trolling sensors are far out of whack when it's 7 am and I've been at my desk all night.
