Is twinking gone in wotlk

Battlegrounds will not award experience with the launch of Wrath of the Lich King. We have spoken about wanting to implement a system through which experience gains will be significant enough in PvP to make it a viable system for level progression. There is still a lot of discussion about this taking place internally, and we'll share more information when it's available further down the road.
