We are aware of the present issues involving Paid Character Transfers / Free Character Moves as well as those revolving around other Account Management functions. These issues appear to be connected, and we are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we thank you for your patience while we work to restore full functionality.

In order to provide everyone with the most up-to-date information possible please refrain from creating additional threads. We will be locking all extraneous threads regarding this topic and referring them here.

For those needing to update your Subscription Options, our Billing Representatives are still able to do this. Please try contacting them via phone at 1(800) 592 5499

    Users located in Australia should use 1-800-041-378 if they cannot get through with the number above.
    Users located in Singapore should use 800-25499273 if they cannot get through with the number above.

UPDATE:

It now appears as though the website should be available, and that character moves should be processing normally once again.

While some transactions will result in 'pending' charges and your financial institution may reserve funds for a period of time, you should only be charged for the transactions you complete. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact our Billing Department though:
