Problem with Zul'Drak quest achievement

Hey GMs. There seems to be a problem with the achievement "The Empire of Zul'Drak". While pretty much everyone else will be able to get this achievement, it is currently impossible for me. I did very few of the "go visit this person" quests in ZD, and I also did not complete the "Feedin' Da Goolz" quest while I was on the Drakuru quest chain.

So, I'm at 99/100 quests completed for the achievement and there is literally nothing left in ZD for me except for daily quests which do not count towards the total.

Would it be possible for Stefan Vadu to give the scourge disguise after completing the Drakuru chain so I can complete Gristlegut's quest? Or do something else to reduce the number of quests needed for the achievement?

Any help would be really appreciated, since this is just too frutrasting.
