Recruit-A-Friend Program summoning troubles

I have submitted 2 trouble tickets to a GM regarding this issue and have received responses that defy the FAQ. My questions were:

Q u o t e:
I used to be able to summon my friend using the Recruit-A-Friend program but can't since she got to level 60. However according to the FAQ I should be able to since I'm a level 41.

and
Q u o t e:
I'm linked to a friends account through the RAF program and can no longer summon them, only noticed this since they got level 60.

Now the FAQ specifically states:
Q u o t e:
Are there any limits on when and where I can summon my friend?

The summoning is able regardless of level difference. And level 60 or above characters can summon their friends as long as the summoning target is 59 or lower level.

My friends and Is accounts are linked until December, and I am no longer on a trial account.

The responses I have received are below:

Q u o t e:
Once level 60 is reached, all special interactions that occur are terminated regarding the Refer-A-Friend Program. For more information, please refer to our forums at http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com pertaining to trial accounts.

Q u o t e:
Yes the recruit a friend bonus only works up untill lvl 60. Very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Between these two tickets I emailed a support request and received no response, this was done last Tuesday. As far as I can tell, the responses from the GMs go directly against the FAQ I quoted above considering I am a lvl 41 and my friend is a 65, I should still be able to summon them.

If I am wrong, please update the FAQ or word it in such a way that it cannot be interpreted as such.
