I have an American version of WOW and WOW BC, But now I live in EU can I buy WTLK here in Switzerland and install it?

You will need to find a North American/Oceanic/Latin American copy of the expansion to upgrade your account, Pekaskk. Please contact local and/or online retailers to see if they are able to sell you a copy of the North American version of the game. :)
