Grant able Levels (recruit-a-friend)

Over how many characters were the 51 levels available? Is each respective recruit character of a greater level than the target recipient (meaning, if your rogue is level 35, is the granting character at least level 36)? Are your veteran and the recruit partied and within 100 yards of another?

That said, you noted that your RAF link is to expire in January. May I ask if the recruit characters—those which are presently attempting to gift levels—were created before or after your accounts were linked? I ask, as a recruit will only earn a "grantable" level for every two levels achieved while linked. For example: If a level 52 character were transferred to the recruit account, it wouldn't possess any levels to grant until it reached level 54; at this point, it would only possess one level to grant.

Can you provide me the names (and levels) of the characters attempting to grant levels?

the character granting the levels is Faito lvl 64 Mage on Bloodhoof. and he is unable to grant levels to Badtz lvl 35 Rogue also on Bloodhoof.

Alright. The Warlock presently possesses 9 "grantable" levels which is correct for the 1-for-2 ratio. That said, recruit characters are unable to grant any of their levels to characters of an equal or higher level, so the Rogue was ineligible from the get-go (being level 19).

I'm assuming the 16 your Rogue received were from Hinagiku, yes? If so, this follows perfectly, as the character presently possesses 14 still to grant.

I'll be checking into Faito's levels presently. This may take some time to track thoroughly, so please excuse my absence. :)
