I feel I'm at a severe disadvantage for creating a legitimate reason not to be at work. ;)

How many PCs will be set up for gaming during launch day at the Blizzard offices?

Computers at Blizzard are for serious business only.

Meh, not going to, probably not gonna play this weekend as well. Just give the addicts their space for their 'race to achieve everything Blizzard has been in development for for the past few years in one full week' melee. I want to enjoy the new content and not be frustrated by mad charging for quest mobs and loot.

I did the whole midnight pick up / got a bata toon to 70 with BC. This time I would like to experience this game the way i did 4 years ago: calm, a few pals, few drinks... and best of all.

Being completely, lost.

You make some good points. As always, I recommend keeping the sound, music, and ambiance on and carefully adjusted to your preferred levels. Maybe even use headphones and click the "headphones" option in the sound menu. The first time I played around in Northrend during Beta I was quite pleasantly captivated by the new content.

Regardless of one's pace, I think you'll enjoy leveling much more if you really get the most out of what Wrath of the Lich King has to offer.

Missing work in order to play a video game is pretty sad IMO

Some people work hard for the chance to take a little extra time here and there to have fun. This doesn't seem like a strange concept, but then neither does your brand of trolling.

I think it's too late to set that one up and make it seem plausible. :(

My normal days off are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I had a death in the family a week prior to today, and there's a funeral in New York (I live in Florida) Saturday and will be staying through Sunday, flying back Sunday night. I'll get the midnight release and level as much as I can without sleep from the time I get the game installed to the time I leave for the flight. I bring my laptop with me so that after the funeral I'll have a distraction. Good plan? RIP uncle. :(

I'm so sorry for your loss. :(

meh black widows are not that bad. sure they'll make you sick but they are far from the most venomus spider around, how bad a reaction you have to it depends on the person. now a brown recluse, that is a nasty one.

for me I basicly make my own hours as long as I get the work done so I've piled up on the work the last few weeks so I can have a few days off.

I was bitten by a Black Widow before. It's not a good time. Didn't need the hospital, was sick for a day, and had the bite mark for easily three months.
