Sorry but the new forum setup just blows.

    1. I have a hard time determining who I can help and who I can't

    2. I have a hard time finding information pertaining to my class

    3. Posts move so fast off the boards because there is just too many people posting

I can't help but feel like Bliz took 2 steps back to 5 years ago thinking technology wise. Sure it might make YOUR job easier, but for your customers it makes it much harder for us to find information. You can't expect people to label their posts correctly and clearly. You have to assume that they all have an IQ of 10 and make it as simple as you can for them. The class forums provide us a central location where we can post information pertaining to our class. The new forums are just a downgraded version of the General forum, where most of the information there is worthless to you.

The Class Specific forums need to stay and be visited by the Developers. The goal in good customer service is to make it as easy as you can on the customer. Not yourself.

Please reconsider this decision.
