- Immolate needs to get out of Affliction's "rotation" for good. You guys did this in Destruction where once the Warlock committed to the spec, Shadow Bolt was done and it was very obvious as to which spell was the better option. You need to do this for Affliction - it is constantly being asked whether Immolate should or should not be included in Affliction's DoT priorities, and unfortunately that answer is still "yes". Affliction Warlocks have more than enough spells to cast, and Immolate shares no synergy whatsoever with Affliction. Plus, Affliction still has a very serious problem regarding debuff slots and Immolate is generally first up on that chopping block as it is.
- The recent buff to Immolate's coefficient made the whole Conflagrate / Backdraft / F&B synergy pretty questionable. You aren't really picking up any DPS now by casting Conflagrate. For Destruction's sake you really need to go take a look at Conflagrate, Backdraft and F&B and make it so that Conflagrate is unquestionably part of Destruction's rotation. Without it you have a spec that is only marginally more interesting than the previous Shadow Bolt spam builds.
- Molten Core feels like a really lame talent. I'm guessing the idea with this is that you wanted Demonology to have some synergy with Destruction, as they are often crossing spell schools (only due to the fact that Demonology itself is almost 100% passive and is forced to lean on both the other trees), but really all you did was tie down Destruction to one or more shadow DoTs that have no synergy with Destruction. Maybe it's me coming from my Rogue where this problem doesn't really exist, but I really don't see why you feel the need to have Warlocks cross out of their talented trees constantly. I don't still need to use Backstab or Sinister Strike when I spec Assassination; I shouldn't still need to throw Corruption when I spec Destruction.
- Demonology needs faster pet exchanging. Instant, probably. You've gone so far to tie the Warlock to their pet going down this tree that when it dies, the Warlock is completely screwed. Clearly through your design decisions you have made it clear that Warlock pets are not Hunter pets, and thus ours scale much more poorly and are relatively trivial to kill in comparison. As such, you need to put their relative costs in line with their function, and give Demonology a way to access all of that "versatility" that looks like it should be in their tree, but really isn't because exchanging one pet for another to get to it is far too expensive. Demonic Sacrifice should let the Warlock switch to any other pet than the one that was sacrificed instantly.
