I have been reading through post in the last couple of weeks and I wish people would just stop complaining and play the game, and let Blizzard do the good job they have been doing since day one.

Everyone is complaining how pallies kill to fast now, druids are over powered, this spell killed me in pvping to fast so nerf it! The patch that came out to make these changes are designed for the WOTLK, all classes are very powerful I feel right now, because the new talents and spells are designed to be oped at lvl 80, when everyone has way more life, better gear etc. Thats when the game will balence out. I feel that we sould just let blizzard do the excellant job they have been doing since WOW was first releaced and just stop complaining and play the game!

Passionate people post passionately. We've never had a problem with this. Our only request is that when people post, they do so in a constructive way. We have given everyone a venue by which to share your ideas and viewpoints with each other as well as with us. As long as people abide by the Code of Conduct and remain respectful even when disagreeing, we have no objection to people voicing those disagreements.

This has always been our feeling and remains our feeling. So while I'm sure there are those that feel we squelch negativity, it's important for those people to realize, it's not always what you say, but how you say it that makes a thread a target for deletion. Voice your concerns if you wish, but do a few things when you do so.

1. Check to see if there are other threads on the same topic and use those rather than creating repeat threads.
2. Put together a constructive and cohesive post. Include the why, the how, and as many specifics as you can.
3. Be respectful of others and of the Code of Conduct. We want to hear what you have to say, but like most anything, disrespect is not a good platform to stand on.

I'm calling bullhonkus on this after seeing how many threads were shut down and how many temporary bans handed out in the Damage Dealing forum a few days ago when it was announced that Class forums would disappear. Threads without any trolling, namecalling, that kept a cool head, were being baleeted left and right.

They were deleted because we had already created a place by which people could voice their feedback. There were many people who chose to ignore our requests to consolidate feedback however so moderation had to ensue for those repeat posts and offenders.

This is patently false and I can prove it. It's particularly disturbing with respect the person saying the above.

It's not false, but should you believe so, feel free to email to [email protected] as you've been told you should in the past.
