Deep Wounds is bugged. ETA on fix?

As of 3.0.3 patch released today deep wounds is now bugged. Players are reporting deep wounds ticks for numbers like "2" and "4". Im quite certain this is not intended and is indeed a bug. The problem seems to stem from talents that do not use weapon damage in their calculations. Abilities like Execute and Bloodthirst. As well as Shield Slam or Revenge.

When you crit with one of these abilities, deep wounds does not calculate 48% of average weapon damage because weapon damage is not calculated in the attack made. As I stated above, im positive this is not intended because of how devastating it is to the talent and dps warriors in general.

Another reported bug occurs while dual wielding. Offhand crits work in the same manner stated above. They do not have their weapon damage calculated for deep wounds.
