Archunt, let me make sure I have all the info straight. You have already gone to (
http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/points/points_entry.aspx) to enter in all of your UDE Card Points, correct? ((Just for everyone else’s information, you should be able to go to (
http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/points/points_history.aspx) to view your current point balance)). From there, Archunt, you chose the
Tabard of the Frost from the following page: (
http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/points/store/c-9-wow-in-game-codes.aspx), which has a selection of in-game items one can choose from, to spend your UDE Points on, right?
Assuming that was all done, Archunt, the Redemption Code you got from the UDE Points Store should have been e-mailed to you, along with the following sentence:
“Enter this code at
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html to redeem for your in-game item.”
From there, you should need to
Select your Game Region, then
Select your Realm on which you want this item. Following that, you will need to
Enter your Promotion Code that you received from the UDE Points Store, and enter in the "Security Input" information. Once you do all that, you should receive yet another code, that you will need to take to
Landro Longshot in Booty Bay.
Similarly, if someone were to have received a “loot card” from a pack of cards, you should notice that when you scratch the bar off the card, you are asked to visit www.ude.com/loot to redeem your code. That link will redirect you to (
http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/wow/en/products/loot/default.aspx), where you can read a little about the process of redeeming a Loot Card. It should give you some instructions, which should be:
Q u o t e:
Follow these steps to obtain your in-game item:
1. Gently scratch off the metallic layer on the card with a coin to reveal the code.
2. Click on the button below to go to Blizzard's redemption page.
3. On the Blizzard redemption page, enter the code printed on your card, along with your game region and realm. Once this step is processed, you will receive a new code that can be used to get your item in the World of Warcraft online game. Make sure you either write down this code, or print it out. This code cannot be recovered if it is lost.
4. Log into your World of Warcraft online account and select the character you'd like to have own the item. Be especially careful with this step, as each code can only be used for one character. These items are also soul bound, so once they belong to a character, you won't be able to move them to other characters. These items will also be specific to one server, so make sure you choose the correct one. If you choose the wrong server, there will be no way to validate your code.
5. Go to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. Once you're there, look around on the docks for a goblin by the name of Landro Longshot. Speak to him, and select the item your code is for. Based on the Loot Card you redeem, you will receive the following in-game item
After those “instructions” on how to redeem the code, it should list the current items that one could possibly receive from such loot cards. It is even organized into convenient categories that allow you to see where each card comes from (which series of cards).
At the bottom of that page, you should see a “click here” button. By clicking on that button, you should be sent to Blizzard’s
Promotion Code Retrieval Page: (
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html). You will have to enter your code in here (be
sure to select the correct region and realm). Once you enter in the code off the card, it should give you a new code. To retrieve your item, log into the game and travel to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. There, you will need to find a goblin by the name of Landro Longshot. He will be able to complete the process.
If that has all already been accomplished, I would suggest that you attempt to reset your user interface. I know that those can tend to get in the way when trying to redeem these codes. I hope something here can prove useful to you; good luck mate, and congratulations on the card. :0)
