At this time, we have successfully cleared a substantial number of pending PCT and PCNC requests. In an effort to ensure that all further pending requests are addressed promptly we ask that you check your characters to see if they can be accessed or check the status page to see if the transfer can be finalized.

Thank you guys for sticking with the format that we are asking of you, it is extremely helpful and makes the collecting of that information much quicker.
