Combine Roleplay and Offtopic forums

Both these forums are rather unnecessary when it comes to actualy playing the game, and should be amalgamated for easier browsing. I therefore suggest we combine them into one forum.

Roleplayers and trolls can find common ground in their discussions about the true origins of nightelves and homosexual marriage, and how they're linked to one another.

Let's face it, if you want diversity, there will be nothing more diverse than this combination. Just think about the amazing topics of conversation that could be had:

We could call it the "Off-Play" forums.
