What the hell? I hit divine shield to go immune to Sonic Boom on Murmur a minute ago, only to find that I had Forbearance

This is complete crap

OK, I see why you're nerfing this and buffing that, but why am I paying $15 a month to play a game that's clearly now in beta?

Part of the understanding players generally have about MMOs is that developers will continue to make changes over time. It would cause far more outrage among the community if we didn't fix broken things.

Blizzard's quality standards are very high. This means we don't release titles before they are ready, but it also means that even when a title is ready, that there are always things we can do to improve them. We have probably been more forthcoming about things we like and don't like in the current state of the game this time, but my impression is that most players actually prefer to know that information.

I think it is probably inevitable that parts of the game might feel a little rocky right around the time an expansion releases. If you are very intollerant of a high rate of change, and don't mind leveling slower than your friends, you could wait a few weeks and the game design will probably be changing less at that point.
