Me and my girlfriend had to sit out during our weekly guild raid of kara on this boss. Pretty depressing.
He's puggable. As for weather or not he'll be back next year, it's simply to soon to say.

Im not really familiar with pugging when it comes to kara and other 'once a week' instances.
So even though i was in a raid group that did kill him, since i wasnt literally present in the area when h was killed, can i still pug that hasnt killed him yet?
Well, you can't pug the same instance if you're already locked to a raid ID.
