GC:Why stealth nerf to judgement of justice?

As the title says, Judgement of Justice got nerfed and now last 10 sec's on pvp. why?
does it makes people get 1shoted? i dont see arcane mages snare getting hotfixed? (70% moviment reduction, last 15 secs, no cooldown, no dimish returns. basicaly a IWIN button).

We made a pass to get all of the CC or movement impairing effects down to the standard 10 sec duration in PvP. There are still a few exceptions. Sorry I didn't pre-announce that one. I don't always know when something is going out the door.
