Blizzcon Mount Redemption

Hey guys,not sure if this has been posted already,if so,sorry.I recieved my blizzcon Polar Bear mount card in the mail today,I followed the directions on the back on how to redeem this mount,however,the code is very long,and will not fit into the code entry screen.Am I to redeem this in game?Or is there a different site I am supposed to go to?Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for any confusion, Topperharley. Did you go to the website on the back of the card: (www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html) and enter in the Polar Bear Mount code from the back of your card? If so, once you selected your Region and Realm-and once you hade input the security code- you should have received the new in-game code to receive your mount.

This code is the one that you are going to take to one of the following NPCs (depending on faction:

    Alliance
      Ransin Donner - Redeems in-game promotional codes for the Alliance. He is found in the Forlorn Cavern within Ironforge.


    Horde
      Zas'Tysh – Redeems in-game promotional codes for the Horde. He is found in the Valley of Honor within Orgrimmar



If you have followed the above directions, I would recommend that you try resetting your User Interface, as this often times can be the cause of such issues. Once you have tried both of these methods, to attempt to resolve this issue, let me know if you are still having trouble. ;0)
