Will future PVP balances come after LK Ships?

I would love to see every class given at least 10% representation at 2200+ in at least one bracket.

My hopes are reasonable, perhaps cloth gets smushed in seconds in 5v5, but in 3v3 and 2v2 they can make a difference. Perhaps warriors do well with support of four other team mates, but their shortcomings exploited in 2v2.

I don't want to see what happened to hunters and to a lesser extent paladins again.
I don't want to see a single class take more than 20-15% representation in all three brackets.
I don't want to see a single class be found in the top 3 compositions, with the next best composition being half of the third best.
I don't want to see abilities become overpowered only because they counter overrepresented matchups.

I want variety. I would love to see all 100 compositions in 2200+ frequently. I'm not even including specs. But I will settle for 40. I don't want to think "I'm going to do X for this comp, Y for that comp, and Z for that other comp I may see," I want to surprise and be surprised by my opponents as soon as we see each other 20 feet from each other in the orgrimmar arena.

I would love it if each spec for the classes has at least 20% representation at 2200+ for that class (let's face it, there will be a best spec, and there will be easy and hard specs). I would also love it if the specs had interesting playstyles, instead of X, Y, Win! (Or Y, X, Die!)

I'm not going to promise that we will automatically buff any class that can't obtain X arena rating in the first season. That takes all of the onus off of the community and makes the assumption that strategies and tactics never evolve, which they do.

But we will make balance changes for PvP purposes after LK ships. Absolutely.
