15 sec: -60% casting speed (pvp)
Curse of exhaustion: 10 sec: -30% movement speed (nerfed from 50% in beta as it was 'too strong')
Curse of tongues: 10 sec: -60% casting speed (duration nerfed repeatedly in pvp, was 'too strong')
Arcane barrage isnt the problem. Slow is the problem. Reduce its pvp duration to 10 seconds. Add a 10 second cooldown. Also, reduce Dismantle duration to 6 seconds, cause that one is crazy op as well.
