Why no Ashbringer?!

On the picture for patch 1.12 you guys had a human warrior in full PVP gear and a GM Hammer, fighting an orc in full Dreadnaught carrying the Ashbringer. Now the orc is carrying some purple sword. WHY?! Are you guys trying to tell us something?
