Account Management Difficulties

Good morning, all.

We've received a number of reports regarding various issues with the Account Management section of the World of Warcraft webpage. If you are experiencing any difficulties (not related specifically to PCT/PCNC) please let me know and provide me with the following information:

    Which portion of the page are you having difficulty with?
    What browsers have you attempted to use?
    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies and temporary Internet files?
    Are you seeing an error message? If so, what does the error message say?

Thank you all for your assistance and patience as we look into this. I'll do my best to keep you all updated should any information become available.

A few quick notes, folks.

  • Missing e-mails following password, e-mail and recruiting are unrelated to the Account Management issues to be discussed in this thread. We are aware of these issues and are discussing this in another thread. (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=11829375921&sid=1)
  • We are aware that players are having difficulties logging into the Beta forums. This is being looked into and updates will be provided as quickly as possible; however, this issue appears unrelated to the Account Management issues at hand.
    • If you are having difficulties logging into the Beta game client, please e-mail wowbetabilling@blizzard.com
