Got this in the mail and it asked me to go to the mage portal trainer in Darnassus or a NPC in Thunder Bluff.

Though they ain't saying anything.

I believe the sealed research reports direct you to NPCs that sell Freshly-Squeezed Lemonade and Friendship Bread.
