I apologize, folks, but we -- Representatives of the Game Master/In-Game Support Department and by extension Representatives of the Customer Service Forum -- will be unable to manually send you an e-mail containing your account's password. To be clear, we do not have access to your password and resetting your password will attempt to send the same e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
Our Technicians are still looking into this issue and hope to identify the cause as soon as possible; however, no ETA is available at this time. Should this issue persist until 8 AM PDT tomorrow morning, I highly recommend contacting our
Billing and Account Services department by phone. A Representative of this department will likely be able to change your registered e-mail address for you should you choose to use an e-mail provider not currently blocking these e-mails.
