Ever Been Banned? How so?

Now first this is no hate to blizzard or GM's who have banned players before. I just would like to know how many of you have ever been banned on wow. Either in-game or on forums. If so, How? I know people who haven't been banned on wow will be like " If you get banned your stupid" I just would like to know their stories. So here is your chance spill :D
