Last Name Change

How do I Change my last name? I got married in June, and got it changed by the SSO in July. I called the help line, and told them my game keys, my secret question and answer, and they say they can't change it. Is it too hard to look it up since the SSO changed my name, cause I sure as heck am not sending my only marriage license. I can't find anything other than that solution online.

Regardless, Hoshikitsune, you will need to address this matter with Billing & Account Services; unfortunately, the Game Master department is unable to assist with concerns relating to payment or associated account information. I would implore you to continue your efforts, though with the proper representatives.

This said, you will need to provide proper documentation should you wish to acquire a name change; this sort of documentation, in your particular situation, would include a Marriage License. If you are unable to provide such legal evidence, our Billing representatives will be unable to assist you in the manner of your request.

I am very sorry your previous conversation with a member of our Billing staff did not yield intended results, Hoshikitsune; I understand this fact must be incredibly frustrating. I would, however, sincerely recommend phoning this particular department again; regrettably, they are the only ones who possess the authority to assist you properly and in the manner you so readily wish.
