We Game Masters are centralized in two locations:

1. Irvine, California
2. Austin, Texas (http://www.blizzard.com/jobopp/customer-service-representative-tx.shtml)

As for our responsibilities and specific duties? There's quite a few; some include:

1. Addressing in-game petitions and emails
2. Single-handedly supporting the coffee and soda markets
3. Oh, uh -- pressing macros
4. And facetiously responding to light-hearted queries ;)
