[HELP] Big Blizzard Bear Issue!

Alright, so here's my issue...

I put my code into the vendor as expected by me and when it went to give me the mount(s), my inventory was full so I was unable to receive it. I made space, tried again, and now the code I originally input is coming up invalid. I need this matter resolved immediately please and thanks. It would be nice if the mount was just mailed to you if your inventory was full(thus preventing having to rely on a GM or staff to resolve this matter). I don't know what type of information I need to provide as proof that my code is legit and valid however if you check the logs for my realm and character.. "Anetheron - Undetected" you will notice that I did in fact insert a valid code and attempted to receive the mount(s) and got the inventory full error message.

I submitted a petition but the volume for petitions is extremely high right now(or so it says) so I don't really know what to say to all of this. If one of you kind Blizzard staff employees can shed some light on this issue or even come to a resolution to where the mount(or any promotional item) gets automatically mailed to you if your inventory was full, that would be amazing! Anyway, please look into this as soon as possible. I would be a very upset person to have gone to Blizzcon and to have received this code only to find out that I cannot get the mount now just because Blizzard's system didn't want to mail me it when my bags were full and there was no indication as a requirement to make the appropriate bag space.

Thanks in advance,

Character: Undetected
US Realm: Anetheron

EDIT#3: Arg... Should I include my 25 in-game redemption code received from the promotional section of the website in my ticket?

Not at this time. If the information becomes necessary, we'll certainly ask for it. :)
