World Exploration Impossible

I remember seeing a few threads with this title a few months ago and everybody said don't worry about it they will fix the problem before the patch comes out. Well now here we are and things are worse. I just did all the starting quests in Durotar for the rep and most of durotar is still unexplored. I even rode back and forth and all around one area trying to get it to register but it never did. Is this something that is going to countinue or is it something on the to-fix list?

I just finished all of the areas myself (minus Northrend of course) and while some spots were a bit tricky to find, it is definitely not impossible.

It's not impossible I used to bullseye... unexplored areas.
