Merciless gear vendors?

I'm not sure why, not sure if it's related to the lag or not, but on Earthen Ring, there is no S2 vendors anymore, the level 60, mounts, and accessories are still there, but the level 70 BG armor/weapons vendors are gone, I was under the impression you guys weren't getting rid of them?

Not sure this will be able to be addressed before maintenance, but it's good to know and I'll see what I can get done.
