Patch 3.0.2 - Unable to Grant Levels

Greetings, all!

Several players taking advantage of the Recruit-a-Friend Promotion have brought it to our attention that they are unable to grant levels earned prior to patch 3.0.2. We have made our Quality Assurance team aware of this issue and they are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not yet have an ETA to provide at this time.

Please keep all discussion related to this issue isolated to this thread. All additional threads will be locked and/or deleted. We will do our best to update you as more information becomes available.

Leveling past 60 will not affect your ability to grant levels. Please refrain from transferring your character, however.

We understand the severity of this issue and do appreciate your continued patience. This matter remains under investigation, though no ETA is available.
