Floating Combat Text and Addons NOT WORKING..

Ok I rely on my combo pts to float up infront of me for the best out put in pvp. What is taking so long to fix this problem??? I can get all other floating combat text except for my combo pts. Second why are my old addons that I completely deleted off my computer still showing up on my addons page when i log in???? Would really like a blue response this problem is starting to annoy me bad....Ive waited ingame twice to talk to a GM and I got nothing for 5 hours...I mean come on!

I haven't seen any reports regarding the floating combat text, Gernade, it should be working just fine. Perhaps an element or two left over from your old addons is preventing the option.

Can you try the new Reset UI instructions found in the following post and see if that helps?

Specifically:

Basic Interface Panel Options Reset:
(Note: This will reset all standard Blizzard Interface Options including those not accessible from the Interface Panel. This WILL NOT remove any installed addons or third party UI mods.)
1) Exit the World of Warcraft by logging out of the game to your login screen.
2) On the login screen, click on the “Options” button.
3) Click on the “Reset UI Settings” button.
4) Click on “Okay” to confirm the base UI options reset.

Oddly enough I wasn't able to get the floating combat text for combo points either.

Are there any Rogues around that can confirm that they are receiving the floating combat text when they gain a combo point?

It looks like this may be an issue, Genade, and not just with you.

I did a little more digging and it appears that this issue was reported to us. Our Quality Assurance Department is currently looking into it and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
