Headless Horseman's mount?

I have seen people talk about it and I actually visited a link to WoWhead that showed his flying horse mount.

Though when you look up the mob on WoWhead it isn't on his drop table.

Does the current headless horseman actually drop this mount?

Nope. We all earn our way through the game the same as anyone else. If I don't win a roll, I don't get it. Same as anyone else.
